I conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate client workshops, and conduct research to identify needs and define goals for projects that span both digital and built environments. 

I specialize in bridging between UX and storytelling, where the the story IS the experience and vice versa. To that end I partner with designers on user journeys, UX flows, and user testing.

Content Strategy

In a content strategy role, I identify themes and takeaways and provide the organizational hierarchy of ideas. Typical deliverables are creative briefs, interpretive plans, and content architecture.

I also develop strategies to communicate key takeaways, such as where to deploy videos, text, or interviews. I work closely with design teams throughout projects to ensure that content strategy is consistent and effective.
